Complaint Review: conor casey accerlerate solar

Conor Casey, ((( VIOLATES TOS)))and just a bad guy after learning that I couldn't talk to him during the jewish high holidays decides to get even without going through normal channels.  I buy about 200 to 300,000 dollars worth of solar panels a month for Daystar Solar which I am just a broker for and other companies around the the United States.  A friend reccommended they call me because they couldn't buy solar panels because of a shortage.  They wanted to buy $350,000 worth of panels for two schools in North Carolina.   I arranged for that to happen and either they can send the $350,000 directly to the manufaturer or send me a $35,000 deposit to hold it for their inspection at the location either in New Jersey and or Boston, Mass.    They said they would have to send the deposit the next day.  I gave them wire instructions and the next day came and went and I called them and this manufacturer didn't want to hold the panels but since I buy from them for the last several years they would hold them for another day.  I told Accelrate that I was sticking my neck out but not my money to hold the panels, well they continued to put me off everyday and the manufacturer said they could not hold it they had other buyers with cash.  There was a huge shortage in the solar panel business.  In fact they layed out a deposit to another manufacturer but because they couldn't come up with the money the manufacturer refused to sell them or hold the panels.  I know the Senior VP  of the world's largest panel manufacturer he use to work for me.    

Two weeks went buy and then they finally sent the money and I arranged for them to inspect the panels in Virginia where I had them shipped,  So they wanted me to have the distributor send them COD  because they didn't have the money and they told me they were going to factor the money.   They also admitted that they owed the distributor over $100,000 so they couldn't deal with them because they were affraid the money would be used to pay back debts.  I took the deposit and sent all of it but 1/2 of my commission to arrange the purchase of the system and gave them the name of the distributor but insisted on COD.  

Dealing with the rip off report is not very responsible since I have been in business for 10 years and have this happen before when an Air Force Colonel wanted panels on his farm and after giving him unusual service he write a bad report.  I buy for my clients everyday and I rip off no one.  I am on earth here once.  This Conor Casey from Accelerate (((VIOLATES TOS))) doesn't know how to spell the holiday and they lie about what they want to buy with no money only to continue to rip off other vendors because they have no money.
