Complaint Review: Conrad Industries

I originally filed a report on June 8, 2013:

The report was about Shane Alfred, HR Director of Conrad Aluminum as well as co-owner of A&G Rentals (mobile home park).  I wrote a letter to Mr. John P. Conrad, Jr. of Conrad Industries in regards to Mr. Shane Alfred's immoral, unethical, and simply put, dishonest activities.  To date I have received no response whatsoever from Mr. Conrad.  Even without the letter I find it near impossible for no higher-up at Conrad Industries to not know about Mr. Shane Alfred's immoral behavior.

I recently checked the corporate status of Conrad Aluminum, LLC.  I found that Conrad Aluminum's Annual Report Status was "Not In Good Standing for failure to file Annual Report."  I find irony in this as their emplyee, Shane Alfred, has had similar issues in the past with his own LLC businesses.  As was mentioned in the report Shane Alfred is a party to two LLCs, A&G Rentals, LLC and Creative Properties, LLC.  Currently, Creative Properties, LLC has an Annual Report Status of "Not In Good Standing for failure to file Annual Report."

While I do not know the personal dealings of Conrad Industries, I will say that I could not have faith in a company that has a crooked person like Shane Alfred running their HR department.  I know of no better word than crooked to describe Shane Alfred than crooked.  Crooked is what I call a person that goes back on their word and lies.  These are things that Shane Alfred has done to me in the past.  This is not counting what I consider him illegally moving my mobile home.
