Conrad Zeltman ordered a custom made hot tub cover using our platform.  We placed the order with the manufacturer.  Spa Cover was delievered and signed for as inspected by wife Wendy Zeltman "The goods described have been received in apparent good order and all services were performed". 

Conrad Zeltman later contacted us claiming the skirt had a tear in it.  We informed Conrad Zeltman they would have to file a claim with the trucking company, it has nothing to do with us, the reseller or the manufacturer and this is the process when you fail to properly inspect the contents.  

We received a chargeback  for $347.99 PLUS $35.00 chargeback fee on a spa cover we would have made LESS THAN $25.00 (TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS) PROFIT.  Wendy and Conrad Zeltman still have the spa cover they ordered, the one Wendy Zeltman signed for as "apparent good order", the spa cover the manufactuer made, the spa cover WE PAID FOR, the spa cover the shipping company delievered and left with them because they signed for it as being undamaged and "in apparent good order".  





What does this have to do with us?? Take some responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!!  

You have our spa cover we paid for and we are out $382.99!!!!!!!!!!
