Complaint Review: CONSECO FINANCE

My husband and I were buying our first home as a wedding present to ourselves, and my father-in-law co-signed for us. But now our home is in my father-in-laws name alone and they told us it would be in my husbands name with his father as the co and in one years his dad would be off the loan all together, but my husbands name isn't even on it now!!!!! We only gave $19, for our home and we paid $5, down and have already paid $25, over the last 8yrs and still owe over $22, more. What kinda bulls___is this! They will lie to you and say any thing just to get you to sign the papers, then your just screwed.

You never even see these people in person, and for young people like we were then, we would have done about any thing for our own home. And it's not like the employee wrote on here, 90% of the time our payments are never late, and we get into a bind and they call and yell and swear and want to froclose on you. They are a BS company and now they want even give us a payoff amount all they will tell us is we still owe over $22,! What the crap do you call that BS!!!!! If I knew any one buying a home and they had conseco in mind, I would tell them to run as fast as they could and never look back. If you can help me e-mail me
