Complaint Review: Conseco Finance

Ripoff they took info off of a stopped checkof which 2 were sent and sent a draft to my bank without our permission for 157.02; 2 men yelled to me over the phone .....

My husband had a heartattack and died 2 time, everything that could go wrong did with him and he had to take dyalis. I lost my job because of absents with me being sick, they think I have lupus. We have been living off of $733 per month. Needless to say we are having trouble meeting our bills and everyone has tried to help us.

Thes 2 collectors double tagged me with a bunch of s**t that didn't make sense most of the time and they wanted $157.02, and I told them I didn't have it and explained why, they were screaming and yelling at me. They told me they had sent the draft into my account just as my husband's SS check came in. They said I gave them authorization to take that money out of my account, which I didn't and now I have checks bouncing around with the bank charging $25 for each bounced checks plus the charges that the people will charge for the returned checks.

They said I gave them permission to do , now why would I do that when I don't have that kind of money. They got the info off my account or from the check I stopped. I was shaking like a leaf when these 2 assholes were screaming at me. I talked to someone else in the building after that call and they said they heard them yelling down the hall and across the hall aways down.I don't like any better than they do we are having problems.

I have been waiting for disability since last Oct. We changed checking accounts just so they could not do it again. I would like to know if there is any laws protecting people from this because it is theft and veery poor business. If they can't understand they can have the d**n thing back, because they will never talk to me like that again.
