Well they called again! That makes twice today and that is a good day. This person was telling my wife tommorrow hes going to file some sort of papers to get us out. She told them we would send this months payment this payday.

She told him the mortgage was up to date and that we then would start fresh with december and be there by the 5th of December.
This person told me they will send the payment back to us and
that they were trying to give me one last chance.

Then turned right around and said he was filing some sort of papers to get us out of here. My wife has ulcerative colitis and this is tearing up her nerves and making remission impossible. She called me at work tonight crying.

My Mother was nice enough to help us get our home due to a hurricane birtha that destroyed our old home. I have been fighting my way back up for years and I will continue to fight and work and still love the U.S.A. God help us all!

Well we got something from them that is a called a simple interest loan I dont think it what we asked for and we have been adding our insurance payments also into the bill but the tran amount they say we sent in does not match what we really did send in.

I want something that recored my insurance payments to them also. When adding up the T codes up from way back from 1997 we come up with over 200 dollars more then their amount.

I want EXACTLY what i sent them. Including the insurance that is why i dont think they sent us the right thing. WE had them all paid up and they called my Mother- in law and got another 86.00 dollars.

To the person who got the 10 day volunteer thing to move out just ignore it. Get a copy and send it to your attorney Generals office of consumer affairs and also to their attorney Generals office in S.D. and Ill Im sure these people would want to know what is going on in their state.

Ive got a letter ready to sent to the senators and a recording of one of the bullys telling us all kinds of stuff.

Also when i added up the t code I came up with 200 somthing over then what they have added. Maybe some of the accounting employees need to be tested with a math test hmmmmm!!

Everyone get some letters out to your local state attorney generals also send copies to their attorney generals and write the senators who preside over that state. Ill, SD and MN and AZ. Ive got to send this out i have the letter ready and i am waiting to get more tapes to copy this persons recored tape on them.
Make sure to let our officials know bout this wonderful site and one of their people can go do some lookin lol

Lets not give up lets keep on! Eventually a smart lawyer will jump on this and there goes our problems. I keep checking to see if this is really usa im living in and not a communist country!!! God Bless America!

MAKES A BIG BONUS IF THEY CAN GET YOU TO PAY SO THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SCARE YOU INTO PAYING. YOU SEND THE PAYMENT THEY WILL ACCEPT IT, SEND IT BY RETURN RECIEPT SO YOU HAVE THE DATE THEY RECIEVED IT, SOMETIMES THEY HOLD THE PAYMENT THEN CHARGE LATE FEES.
GET CALLER ID, IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT WHEN YOU SEE THEIR NAME DON'T ANSWER LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHING PICK UP THE CALL.

recorded telling me (wife here) all about my mother-in-laws buisness with them. I think that is against the FEDERAL Privacy act!

Got our letter sent to the Federal Banking Commission, our NC attorney Generals office and also the BBB. Our next step if they do not rectify this money situation we will be sending the N.C AZ. MN. SD. AND other Senators with the recorded message of this man Brad/Brett telling us he is putting us out in 72 hours and saying he would send the payment back.

Ive got ulcerative colitis and i dont work as of yet but i will take a bus to Washington D.C and I will sit and wait for someone to notice my signs about this company. Ive been having nightmares of gettting thrown out and i was homeless as a teen.

These people will lie, tell you things you dont even have to hear or listen to. Dont listen to their lies. Send a certified return reciept to cease and disist on the phone calls. Send copies of everything to your Attorney General and if you have a lawyer they can send it. Do not discuss or call back anyone cause it could be the legal dept and they will try to charge you for it.

Also ask for a Recorded Scheduled Report(payment history you can compare to your bank records). If they dont send it then call or write your Attorney Generals. Record Record Record and Fight back. Do not fall for their lies. They want you to pay over the phone so they can get that bonus.

and to the employeee dorenne or dayall or what ever your real name is try harder you may just get a raise or more bonus for this job your doing. We dont care to hear your comments weve been treated badly and you know it. God Bless us all!!
