conseco ripoff abused & mistreated rapid city South Dakota
this comp. has an office in arlington,tx where they were suppose to use check by phone to me a one time pay insted used my checking account number and took an extra 300.00 just stole out right without my permission. this needs to be stopped.

Conseco is a sneeky bunch! I to gave them permission to withdraw a payment over the phone from my checking acc. in spring of 2000. Two years later after I decided to not let Conseco rip me off any more with late charges that were extremely inflated, I quit making paymemts, told them I was volentary getting out of the home, and to come and get it.
They tried to electronicaly get another payment 2 months ago without my permission. Never the less the home has been vacant since March of this year and they still call call call.
John Chandler of Kennesaw Ga. a loan officer told me over the phone he,d knock $30.000 off my loan if I'd just make one more payment. I told him to send me something in black and white and iI would consider it. I got nothing, just like their getting from me.
