Ex-employees are very critical and most have quit because they were not comfortable with deliberately committing fraud on behalf of CONservice.

100% of reviews for your company are negative on every site that mentions you.

You know full well you are ripping everyone off and will eventually be closed and have your assets seized.

Just because Jenkin's family have been in Logan for generations doesn't mean you are untouchable, or that you have a right to commit fraud against private citizens.

So many people are not willing to deal with CONservice that Landlords who use you are now less popular, it is only a matter of time before you have no contracts left and when you do have to face the legal bills for the millions of frads you have committed I hope it not only bankrupts your company and any sponsors you have but also personally harms the reputations and finances of every employee for life.

CONservice is beyond a joke.

In response to the man whose wife supposedly works for conservice.

I live in Arete apartments in Phoenix and so far their service was good but last month I renew my contract and suddenly since I have a $200 concession my water bill went up from and average of $15 dollars to $53.91 so anyways I started to review my previous bills and I found out that most of their charges does not match with my usage! ... They do NOT have any Control, They just charge you WHATEVER they want!

The employee response is so vague as to be absurd.
If he/she is so proud of their company, why not use your name.

I hope they're not Mormons in UT. What a disgrace!

Corporate landlords are more susceptible to this con - Corporate suits think they're being so savvy. They're presently defending these clowns. I intend to hold corporate dingleberries responsible. - If they're this stupid, they shouldn't be in charge of my toilet - actually their in it with "Con" Service - bastards.

Found out that Conservice doesn't even have current LLC filings in Nevada - class operation.

To the lady who couldn't find out the owners names, their old officers are listed at the Nevada Secretary of State's office.

My wife works for Conservice in Logan, UT and it is a real company that is in business to make money not do CHARITY. All of their clients are treated nearly the same whether they are students or companies.

Now when there are 4 students in a single apartment and 130 apartments someone has to update that information every year and that takes man hours and those employees have to be paid or they wouldn't do the job plus the company has to make a profit. So if you don't like it ask the apartment complex or management company to incur those costs themselves but if Conservice doesn't make a profit than it will go out of business, and then my wife doesn't have a job.

Now the part that really ticks me off is if you "really" want to know who runs this company and all the phone numbers of people you can complain to then just go to their company website "conservice.com" and click on the "Contact Us" button and you will see all the information you say no one would give you. Further more, it is in their lease that they have to sign every year upon renewal that this one time fee has to be paid again because that same someone in Logan has to set up that whole apartment complex again.

I am a current employee of Conservice Utility Management and Billing and find that this company is very exceptional! We work off very high work ethics and morals as well as a very high level of Customer Service. Our company is Customer Service and we strive to make every client, resident and parent the happiest we can.

In reference to the person submitting a report about this company, I would like to say that if everyone reads their lease throughly, they would find that everything is clearly stated for them in black and white. I can also say that Conservice does everything they can to make every situation as pleasant as possible for each client and/or resident and that we ARE NOT a con.

These kind of businesses should be outlawed.. If your going to bill for water then you should only have to pay for water you use and that means having your own meter. I wont rent an apt period that doesnt include water, sewer, garbage in the rent. The students should all get together sign a patition and send it to a lawmaker to ban this type of practice.
