Complaint Review: Consignment Music Store

i took a marshall amplifier to be repaired. When I went to pick up the amplifier after 2 weeks and no word from them.

When I arrived the amplifer was repaired (thanks for calling to let me know) i was asked by the repair person would it by cash or credit card. I told him cash. I tells the guy at the cash register it is a 50 dollar cash transaction.

The person at the cash register rings up the bill and says 81.95.I said to him that this is not right the repair person said 50 dollars.

He gets rude with me and tells me to go to the repair side (i was not aware that this is different business) the repair guy say he did not quote a price.

i call him a liar and ask him where i got the 50 dollars from and they show me the repair receipt and which has 50 dollars on it. whose lieing now.

i never saw the repair bill until now. how did i know anything about 50 dollars.

the cash register guy wrote 81.95 at the bottom of the receipt i had to pay the extra 31.95 to get may amlifier back.

crooks do not do business with these liers and crooks unless you would like to be ripped off liar repair person is a lair and business is crooks
