Conslines Refused Refund San Diego California
Signed up with Consline to reduce phone fees. They gave me an internet phone line insteade of a landline. The internet line was intermittent and overall useless. I signed up for 6 months and tried to cancel after 1 month. I requested a refund as the web site claims a person may cancel at any time. The refused to cancel. Conslines and I engauged in 28 email responces with the company threatening to file fraud charges. Conslines provides horrible service, doesn't have a phone number to call for consumer service - lol. They threaten and intimidate with fraud and tell you a complaint will cost $100 because they consider a complaint a dispute. This company needs to be put out of business.

Gobal Tel link blocking calls has nothing to do with getting a refund. Your service sucks, I paid for 6 months service, used one month by your own records, so where's my five month refund?
You answered 28 emails because you don't have a phone for customer service - lol. Your customer service sucks because you never refunded 5 months of service I paid for and never used. By your own addmission I used one month service and asked for a refund because I wasn't satisfied with the aervice.
Customer was mad because he paid for 6 months service, used one month, asked for money back and didn't get a refund.
Customer never asked for a FULL refund. Only a fraud company like Conlines offers a money back guarantee anytime and refuses to deliver.
A con artist from conlines stated I used their lousy service with no issues. You service is unrealiable and I asked for my money back. Conlines refused to refund what was owed to me. This makes your company fraudelant under the law and a claim has been filed with the FCC.
Conslines is a fraudelant company that uses false advertising by guaranting money back refunds and then refusing to pay.
I reccomend not using Conslines for inmate phone service. This is the worst and most corrupt phone service available. They are con artist and shouldn't be in business.
I reccomend Pigeonly.com for world class Inmate phone service. The company has excellent customer service, great hookups, and lost cost to free services for familys and friends of inmates. I am a satisfied customer of Pigeonly and am not affilated with Pigeonly in any way.
After dealing with fruadulent Conlines and the ordeal I had to go though, do yourself a favor and start with Pigeonly.com. You'll be glad you did - lol.
As for fruadulant Conlines, may your buildings and phone systems be the next target of terrorist suicide bombings.

Global Tel Link blocked and disconnected some of the inmate calls, we informed to customer it was not our issue but customer blame us for Global Tel Link actions, We do not have any relation with Global Tel Link.
All our lines are Landlines we are a regular telephone company. Customer did received calls 1 full month.
We answered 20 or 30 emails to customer because we have good customer service, we answered all tickets right away, but now customer is complaining because we attended all her emails.
Customer got mad because wanted to get free service with us and that was not possible. Customer tried to commit fraud to us but could not. Used the service for 1 month and the requested FULL refund to us.
Below is proof customer used our service with no issues.
