I purchased minutes and they said I would saved money on jail inmate calls I used and still had outrageous charges.called customer and emailed several of times no one at all to communicate with.then I gets this email. this is bull and feel as a threat. You already dispute it with your bank and accuse us of fraud. We sent you to collection and report you for fraud. Message Body: Making sure again account cancelled since I can't get anyone by phone contact. PAYMENT DISPUTE. If for some reason you feel you need to dispute a payment please contact us immediately at info@conslines.com If you dispute a payment with your bank we will charge you $100 for processing fee for each payment disputed with your bank, in order to avoid the $100 fee we encourage to CONTACT US. If this fee is not payed we will send you to collection and report you for fraud.

Customer committed fraud to conslines, customer request full refund to his bank after we provided the service, customer was trying to get free service by comitting fraud, we detect the fraud and report customer to the authorities and closed the account.
