Complaint Review: Consoles 4 Less

I ordered a refurbished playstation 3 on 8/7/08. The original order was placed through www.bargainps3.com. The VERY next day, that site no longer existed however there was a charge to my card from www.consoles4less.com. I have since emailed them countless times for an update and have received no response. I also called, they have NO live bodies, it's all recordings referring you BACK to the website. I'm working with my bank now to see if I can get the charges removed however it's very disheartening to legitimate business owners to have to deal with other businesses that are just shady and taking money from people without providing ANY services whatsoever. I enter my order number on their site and it says there is no order with that number. I'm beyond furious that people can do this and get away with it without any sort of repercussions.
