Consolidated Communication failed to provide service CONROE TX
have had consolidated off and on for 10 years. the only provider in this area that is hard wired.last 3 months had several service tickets and 9 techs, check service and say nothing they can do. the last 2 days have talked to supervisors in tech support and they blam my computer because i run windows 7. so i had my computer guy come over with windows 10.
same results. called tech support and there response was nothing they can do and hug up phone. they dont want to admit they have problem and continue to charge customers full price. i call every week and get credit, but how many others dont do this and are getting ripped off
