They fraudulently said I would receive like ten or twelve magazines for five years and would only have to pay for one year. then they kept calling me and trying to add 4.99 per week and I kept saying no.They said they would not charge my card unless I was satisfied. I tried to cancel, they said I could not.

They have charged my card and I have not received the listed magazines. Today they called me again saying I needed to repeat my credit card number, when I refused they were rude and nasty.

I do not want to do business with them and I want my money back. They tried to slip in an extra charge for 60 months and when I kept questioning, why they needed my card number he said to keep the original list of subscriptions coming, which were not and then said I should have told that to Sara and not wasted his time. What a jerk

Quotes from the BBB :

"From time to time the company has entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance or Consent Order in various states, agreeing not to violate specified consumers laws. On October 21, 1998, this company entered into a Consent Order with the State of Georgia regarding the Georgia Fair Business Practice Act. The Better Business Bureau has obtained an agreement from the company that it will make a full refund to any consumer who registers a justified complaint with the Better Business Bureau even if it is after the expiration of the consumer's right to cancel.

Number of complaints processed by the BBB in last 36 Months: 973
Number of complaints processed by the BBB in last 12 months: 504"

This very delicate descrtiption was from BBB, for more objective pro-consumer information go to the State Attorney Generals' offices/web site.

#3UPDATE Employee

I am employed at a call center that is currently working on the CMS (Consolidated Media Services) project, and I am concerned about these reports. If they are TRUE then I certainly do not want to continue employment. However, I do not want to take this lightly. I take my job seriously, and would appreciate an HONEST answer to whether or not CMS is a fraudulent company. If anyone reads this and can give me an answer, please respond to this report.
