CMS phoned in the evening of August 2001. In this phone call they said I had won a diamond watch and a florida vacation plus a chance at $50,000 prize. All I had to do the recieve the Watch and the Vacation was buy a magazine subscription for $29.95.

Well I thought thats OK price is right.

I then explained to them that I did not have the $29.95 for another 4 weeks.

They said thats OK they would not bill me till I had recieved an issue.

4 days later the my bank report show I have an overdraft of $59.90

At this point I cancelled all automatic payments with my bank.

I call back and hold for 5 hours (I left my work phone on speaker for 5 hours of CMS hold music).

CMS calls me back from there Finnance offices saying that They need me to state the words, "$29.95 per month for 4 years".

I refused to state those words. I explained to them that I wanted to see an isue of the magazine first and that they already took $59.90 from my account. They denied taking the money.

I have bank statment to proove my side.

CMS credit coolectors started calling me at work wanting there money $370.00 balance.

In Febuary 2002 I started recieving magazines in the mail 5 diffrent issues and 2 are bi-weekly.

I hate the magazines I don't read them. I called the subscription offices for each magazine and tried to cancell. But they all told me thet CMS has to cancell.

The only magizine I do read CMS does not offer and if they did I do not want any buisness with Media Outsourcing Services or CMS or any of its other affiliates.

I can't offord $400/year magazines and especially ones I don't read and you can get for almost free.
