My son who is in college, made a mistake and ordered a years subscription for a magazine from CMSaround March / April of this year. So far CMS has charged him over $164.00. He turned 20 in December. Never has received anything.
Anyway..he cancelled and re-cancelled and cancelled and cancelled but they just kept billing him...from his school account we set up for him...They also charged him for things from other departments like, Quest savers and Plan Plus Plans and also charged him for an NSI State Quarter set...32.61 on April 21 of 2003 This is after he cancelled and I have tried to cancel..Oh he says they told him he couldn't cancel. Can you believe that...!!!
We are going to have to take legal action I quess...
He has talked to a Kevion...a Gabby who gave her ID as GM1, a Kevin, an Erica and many others...besides the voice system.... to cancel.
He was told they would not refund his money that he needs for college. They told me I couldn't cancel for him...I have tried to talk to them...they said if I faxed his drivers license to prove he is a student and under 21 and list the problem and ask for a supervisor..then they will call me back....in the mean time he hasn't received anything and nor has he been repaid. He has not authorized anything else but they keep charging him...can anyone help us...
