Consolidated Media Services dishonest business practices, billing without ever sending magazines ripoff fake slow prossessing tricked and lied to us Atlanta Georgia
I was called on the telephone and offered what seemed to be a great deal for some magazines .. it was a few months before Christmas and the woman sold me on the idea that the first of several four-year subscriptions to several magazines would be delivered to my family members in time for the holidays ... that was in mid-October .. it's May 1, now and they haven't seen a single copy of the magazines ... yet I continue to be billed ... customer service insists the magazines will be delivered, but they never are .. I'm out over $600 bucks and I have nothing to show for it but some false promises I made to my family and friends ... what can I do to get these guys?

After spending the day I have found several phone numbers where you can talk to REAL PEOPLE(WELL THEY ARE HUMAN) and get a refund and cancel you subscriptions they are listed below:
1-800-799-9939 ASK FOR HEATHER OR TERRI ONLY
1-800-927-9578 YOU WILL TALK TO WHATEVER UNFRIENDLY PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE
Don't oder anything FREE and don't accept any FREE gifts there is always a catch like the post card they send you through the mail to accept or cancel your subscription that will never make it to your house or the bill tha they will send so that you can send it back saying that you don't want the magazines it won't arrive at your house either...NOTHING IS FREE...AND THAT IS A FACT..there is always someone like these people out there to get your money...GOOD LUCK
