Complaint Review: Consolidated Media Services

I was told that i would like to go for sweepstakes. i ddint answer their call, so they kept on calling me till i finally answered their call. they told me i was eligible for sweepstaes. but when the letter came, it said that being an international student, i wasnt allowed for the sweepstakes. the fast-talking representative kept on bugging me and i finally gave in. on my credit card account, its billed in NYC. but on the origin, it says georgia. so just be aware of those losers.
