Thank you to all who provided the information about IMS. When so many reports come in verifying each other about a company, it helps the general public to become aware of these scam artist. Even if they are a legit company, their practices are shady and therefore not trustworthy by any means.

If you want to subscibe to a magazine I suggest going to the magazine company. As for the diamond ring, in almost every case, these companies present you with some cheap ring, that is worthless in the eyes of any certified gemologist. I suggest the next time you ask them for a certification rating on the color, clarity, size and value of the diamond and have them put it in writing. I bet they decline because the know that what they are offering is nothing more than costume jewelry and if they give it to you in writing and you have it checked with a professional, you then have the evidence in hand of fraud which is admissable in any court of the country.
