I received a call back in November of 2002 from a young lady supposedly representing CMS. She told me she was new and she offered to sale me magazines at an awesome discount. Her supervisor then got on the phone. He told me the same things she did.

I agreed to pay 49.99 a month for 1 year to obtain magazines for the next 4 years. There were five magazines in all. I was told that billing wouldn't start until December. Three days later $49.99 was deducted from my credit card.

It is now January of 2003 and I have not received any magazines. I also received some colorful coins that I did not agree to that were charged to my account. I was told to send them back for a full refund. I have yet to see that refund.

As a Christmas gift, since I ordered the magazines, I would receive a free watch. I received a non-working, poorly made watch. It too is being sent back.

Clearly, Consolidated Media Services is a scam and a ripoff. They lied to me several times initially and have done nothing to refund me my money. Please don't le tthem rip you off. Money is hard to come by for most of us and people like them have no right to do this.
