This company had suckered me into subscribing with their company. At around August of 2002 I would always receive daily phone calls from CMS asking for me to sign with them. The deal was that I would get three mags for the price of one.

I would always tell them that I was interested but they would still call me daily. So they had suckered me into signing with them. I feel stupid for even making the deal because I see now how I have been suckered.

I had not heard anything from this company until around Oct 2002, and I was being billed $25 every month from Aug until Oct. I had called them to tell them that I had wanted to cancel my subcription in Nov. They had told me that I could had only canceled my subscription 7 days after they made the deal.

So in Jan I had recieve some mags just after I had told them I want out. I had them charging me on me debit card, and I had them taken off of it. So when they had called me in Feb, they came up to a total of over $200 dollars somehow. I was suppose to be charged $25 monthly, but somehow they had came up with a total like this.

When they send me bills they have been asking for my credit card number, a check payment, or to have a money order for the total payment amount due to CMS enclosed. The problem that I have with this is that on the bill it has Amount Due: with nothing by it to show how much I owe.

I am a struggling college student with no job, being supported by my parents. I have no kind of money for a company like this. All I want is out, I would even pay them for the money they come up with for a years worth, but the keep telling me I have to stay in the deal until 2007. Now how could I ever afford something like this. All I want is OUT, I have learned a Lesson that will stick to forever. That is to always keep my guard up. I hope nobody else to make a mistake like this.
