I am another helpless victim of the Consolidated Media Service Scam!!!CMS Called me and said that I had won a sweepstakes and said that I had won a bunch of money and left a message with my sister to call them back.

I never did call them, but low and behold they got ahold of me. They bribed me with gifts which I have never recieved. They sold my bank account number to other service providers and i lost $100.00 to some prescription drug discount service. The prescription drug thing returned my money.

CMS however did not return my money, they only gave me a "lower price" for magazines. They were not kind and would not refund my money!!! Please pleas help me and others who fell for this scam in bringing this company to it's knees!!!

Report them to
www.ftc.gov click on the: File a Complaint Online
(CMS breaks every possible ftc rule repeatedly.)

www.usps.com/postalinspectors - scroll down to the File a Mailfraud Complaint, chose "Prize or sweepstakes" as the subject of your complaint
(USPS HATES sweepstakes)

Call the Attoreny General of Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs (They have a very huge file on this company)
800.869.1123

THEN send an e-mail to Clay Hurst, the principal of CMS churst@cmsmags.com, referring to your previous complaints to the government offices.
