My wife and I have been extorted by Consolidated Resorts. While vacationing in Las Vegas we were taken from our Hotel. We were taken to a remote location where we could not return to our Hotel. We were told that we would only have to attend a 45 min presentation and in return would be given tickets to "Zumanity". During 5 hours of their constant badgering and lies we asked to be taken back to our Hotel 3 or more times. We had been dancing and drinking all night and were in no condition to be making financial decisions. We informed them of this! We were held against our will until we signed under duress. There has to be LAWS AGAINST THIS!

To name a few, the lies that we were told by Consolidated Resorts were:

1. We would own a piece of the Las Vegas Strip.
We own NOTHING but a headache and a monthly bill for the rest of our lives.

2. We were told that the loan was a non-qualifier and they would not be checking our credit, therefore we had to put money down and pay high interest rates.
Later we found inquiries on our credit report from Consolidated Resorts.

3. We were gauranteed 5 star accomodations.
Everytime we have attempted to use it we have had nothing but problems and always have to pay additional money for 2-3 star accomodations. We have several documented stories regarding dirty, seedy, flea ridden motels that they claim are 5 star.

WE HAVE BEEN PAYING THEM FOR 4 1/2 YEARS AND WE OWN NOTHING! WE ARE LOOKING TO INVOLVE OURSELVES IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST CONSOLIDATED RESORTS OR FIND AN ATTORNEY WHO IS INTERESTED IN OUR CASE.
