 My Direct Tv service has been receiving the code 771 since February 2013.  Consolidated Smart Systems has been out 11 times where I have taken off work to meet them, 3 times where I gave them permission to enter and 2 times where they did not enter the apartment.  The repair man makes a suggestion and then does a fix and leaves it works for 5 minutes and then it stops and you have to wait to get in the que for the repair and then take another day off of work.  I took another day off of work on 1/2/14 they forgot about me and did not show up for the appointment they said oh sorry we forgot about you.  You will have to take another day off we dont work on Saturday's  in your area.  Basically they said take another day off of work and wait and hope we show up or live with bad tv reception and not get all of the channels you are paying for but you still have to pay for the service to stay in the que for repair.  They have no supervisors or cusotmer servoce department that you can speak with
