I had my first experience with Consolidated Telecom and Mrs. Flores today. It was the worst case of customer service I have experienced in a long time. My son is in a youth facility that uses Consolidated as their carrier and I was trying to sign up a new account. From the very beginning, Mrs. Flores was rude, short and unhelpful. She took no time to explain the process and acted as though I was bothering her by calling. Consolidated may currently have the Texas Youth Commission contract, but if Mrs. Flores remains employed, their contract won't last long. There are too many other carriers out there with far superior customer service.

After my initial call, I was lucky enough to get a call back from Mrs. Flores for more rudeness. She had to call and tell me that my son was in the system and I needed to contact his case worker because there was nothing she could do. When I tried to explain that my ex-wife had just set up an account, she tried to tell me that my ex-wife never called there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
