Conspiracydvds.com Shipped blank disk. Will not respond to emails. Paid by PayPal who won't help Nationwide

This man, using name "Ray" has web site listing numerous so-called conspiracy dvds, all apparently copies of legitimate videos sold in the US. I ordered one of his titles and in about 2 weeks received a blank dvd. He emailed me two months ago that he would send a replacement but none has been received and no response is received from my emails. Payment was made via PayPal but since I DID receive something from the seller, although it was defective, PayPal will not assist me in getting good dvd or a refund. This has been an education for me in that in the future I will pay with credit card, rather than let PP take money from my account for payments. I can get a charge-back from CC company when something such as this happens. My advise is to not buy from conspiracydvds and to give careful thought to, and understand. PayPal's so-called protection policy, when paying through them.

Conspiracydvds has a neat web site but, insofar as I am concerned, does not deliver. It is obvious why they are not selling on ebay where such behavior is not tolerated for very long.

Conspiracy DVD's also sent me blank dvd's but when I emailed them (I actually had to email about 3 times), they responded and sent me new dvd's that played fine.
They told me they were having a problem with thier DVD burning software.
