I was told that the interest rate would be a competitve rate with banks. This is a total SCAM.....my rate on a $150K loan was over 45%. I have a beacon score of 710. This is a SCAM. Construction Loan Solutions is nothing more than a LOAN SHARK. They use mutilble domain email address to confuss you but it is not working for me.

It's unfortunate, but sometimes we have to let a broker go, and they make false accusations out of anger. There is no such thing as a 45% interest rate. Secondly we disclose rates with our clients on day one. Over 90% of Small Business Owners do not qualify for traditional financing.
