Rick McGrath came to my residence and gave me an estimate for a new roof. I gave him a deposit check for $750.00. He was to order the materials and begin the work. He never came back or contacted me. I called him numerous times. He always gave me an excuse. He refuses to return my money. I have since had a new roof put on my home.
