Complaint Review: Consultant Companion Software

A year ago I purchased Consultant Companion software for my MaryKay business. It was available as a download or web-based software. Because I have dial-up access to the web which takes forever to download programs, I elected to purchase the web-based program. All of my inventory, client lists, financials were on that website.

Suddenly the web site became unavailable this year. Emails to the company were returned as undeliverable. The least they could have done was notify users they would no longer be available to we could save or print out the information. Nothing. I can't find them in the phone listings. None of the websites are available.
