As previously reported, CEO Marc is a true scam artist. He hires sales people, pressures them into signing up all their friends and family to Direct TV contracts. His bottom line sales principals are to screw people out of their money. I left because I couldn't morally adhere to his pyramid scheme of screwing people over.

His basic sales guidelines were the bait and switch. He only cared about getting a contract signed on the spot, and fired employees once they were no longer turning over new contracts. There is a huge difference between paying a salesperson hourly as agreed, andrecollecting previously paid wages from future sales.

Word to the wise, this man preys on the week and uneducated. He promises the world, steals every dime from you previously paid as long as you allow him to. How respectable businesses such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Menard's continue to do business with this greaser speaks volumes into the depth of his hustle. Do not waste precious time helping this swindler make a living, and speak out if he got over on you too. Worse mistake I ever made was associated my reputation with his.
