The product not only did not perform as stated, but caused my wife's blood pressure to elevate inspite of her hypertension medication. Returned for refund. The charge to our credit card was $52.89, the refund was only $29.99. Their customer service said the balance of $22.90 was for shipping and handling ($12.95 + $9.95 for Priority shipping) and not refundable.
I sent the entire contents back, using their packaging, via Priority Mail at a cost of $5.05. This company uses shipping and handling to inflate the cost of the product, making almost half of it non refundable. A clear ripoff. The product itself is a set of patches for the arm, one patch is supposed to cause a one pound reduction in weight. It did just the opposite.
