Consumer Cellular inc We got a cell phone thru this company and we were told that we had 45 days to change my mind and return the phone if I was not satisfied with the service. They said that I would get a full refund and have no bill or any money owed. But now they are saying that I have a bill for service that I never received. Portland Oregon
I had this company for a phone service and if I was not completely satisfied with the service that I could return the phone and get my money refunded and that I would not owe any money to them. They are now trying to say that I have a bill for service that I never received. I just want all the money that I paid to this company refunded and I will never recommend this company to anyone else. They don't do what they say they are going to do and they try to get money out of you for services that you will never receive.
