Consumer Cellular Insurmountable problems with Consumer Cellular Customer Service re Samsung Galaxy 8 Nationwide

Purchased Samsung Galaxy S8 smart phone from Consumer Cellular online. Had these problems: 1) missing manual pages, 2) data from old Samsung will not transfer to new phone. Tried to solve numerous problems myself using their online guides, FAQs, tutorials. Also Samsung guides, Youtube, Google articles, etc. Finally I called Consumer Cellular for help--after all they sold me the phone, and promised help by phone. Loooong waits, no real help, after trying their advice unsuccessfully, had to get in the wait line again. As a result, I have to enter data from old phone manually, and no way to retrieve photos, so they are lost, unless I lug around my old phone. Be wary: their customer service is promised, but not delivered. It's a shame, Consumer Cellular had a lot going for it.
