Be care of Consumer Cellular policies you do know, until you have a problem. I ordered a replacement phone for my mother. All went well. They charged me for the phone I requested. 5 hours or so. A rep for the billing department informed me that they could not send me my phone order. This was do to a family member that was living at my address. Well that family member has moved to Alaska, and it seem that they owe Consumer Cellular. I was informed that if I was to request new phones for my family. They would not send me my new phones. So in short. Since I can not get a replacement phone from Consumer Cellular. I guess I will have to cancel my service with Consumer Cellular. I had spoken to different supervisor. They stated, It policy and they could not help me. So if you have friends living with you and use your address to deliver their phone. Remeber if they go bad on their phone service.

You well answer for your friends phone problems.  With Consumer Cellular you will not get a replacement or a new style phone because of you bad friends using you address. If cann't get your phones when you need them. What good is Consumer Cellular phone service. I say, Bad policy! I have no doubt, that I had to changed my cellular phone service. They where quick to cancel my phone service. Do not mention that you will cancel your service. They will drop you like a hot rock, fast, quick, and a hurry.
