My wife signed me up for this program. I found out when my checking account was debited $238.94. I called them to cancel and requested my money back. Ms Danielle Miller stated I would have to file a police report in order to get my money back.

I love my wife and would never file Police report on her for doing something stupid. So I chose to cut my losses and not ask for a refund. However, I EXPLICITLY requested cancellation.

Well, a year later, I'm slammed with another debit, this time
$228.98. I was fuming. I called my bank and asked them to block that debit and retrieve my money. Thank God they did.

I called them back yesterday (11/18/02) and spoke to Mr. Orozko.
I asked him to ensure my account was closed for good. He said it was closed last month for non-payment of $228.98. I flew off my hinges and gave him a piece of my mind.

I told him to remove those charges, that I had canceled the account a year ago. I asked if they had reported me to the credit bureau for non payment. He said yes. He said, the only way to clear the credit report was to pay the charge.

Additionally, he stated, I hadn't followed the proper procedures for cancellation. I'm required to write a letter requesting cancellation. BOY WAS I MAD!!

Please pass this on. These people need to be shut down. I'm in the military fighting for company's like this one, to rip me off. Boy, do I get a warm and fuzzy.

When I was 16 I sent the Credit Service Division $45 to earn money by stuffing envelopes, but I never received anything in the mail from them. I really want my money back. Stealing is against the law and I want JUSTICE.
