Complaint Review: Consumer credit services

Well we got screwed (or I should say are in the process of).

We got the $6500 credit letter. They took out 120 last week from the debit checking account. They said that we can use the same check number on the next payment on Wedenesday.

This SCAM OPERATION is really the best. The double talk that spewed from the customer service reps mouth was the best babble that i have heard in a long time.

So how do we make sure that they don't take any money out of our account on Weds. Reading from other posts I see that they have a great track record, lousey.

Call the bank and stop or close your account!
Explain the situation to the bank.
