Complaint Review: Consumer Credit Services (CCS)

I paid their "annual" befefit fees totaling $149.97 in April 2002.I called and cancelled the membership in April because I didn't use it. I was charged the $149.97 again in December 2002. I called the customer service number and they told me it was non refundable even though I cancelled my membership. They gave me the number for their benefits department but when I call I get a recording telling my all operators are busy to call back later. I see why all operators are busy.
