An individual stating his name was Greg S. Bohl, asked for a check number and bank account withdrawl of $195 ( which was paid to Sun Bank of Florida, in two days), for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing package. His internet ad, on Yahoo, claims this company has 28,000 successful filings, to back up their services. I doubt it. He did not offer me or present any snail mail address, but claimed he was located on the South end of San Jose Blvd, near the Manderin section of Jacksonville Fla. As soon as he recieved the payment, he would neither return any calls, or respond by email, in any fashion. His 1-800 numbers are all on a recorded message machine, that will not let anyone through. He, of course never sent the package, and should be considered a fraud, and a thief. How Yahoo can continue to carry his Ad, is beyond me, as there are 4 other folks here, that tell the same story. This Ad is bogus, and a total scam- BEWARE. He is NOT accredited, or as far as I can tell,or licensed to do business with any legit agency.

Consumer Credit Services of America (CCSA)prepares consumer bankruptcies nationwide. We have been in business for 3 1/2 years. We have prepared bankruptcies in every state and virtually every bankruptcy district in the U.S.
I have absolutely no clue who "Benjamin from Pittsburg, PA" is.

A bankruptcy consists of approximately 35-40 pages of forms that we have to prepare. We also run and sort through each client's credit reports. It's a time-consuming process. Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 business days. Many times, however, the information that clients provide to us on their Bankruptcy Questionnaire is substantially incomplete or illegible. That makes it very difficult to complete their bankruptcy documents in a timely manner. These same clients then immediately file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or with RipOffReport.com because they did not receive their documents within 3-4 days.

When bankruptcy documents are completed, we post them on a secure web server and e-mail the client a username and password so they can review and print their completed forms online from our web site. The problem is that some clients never check their e-mail, change their e-mail address without notifying us, or gave us the wrong e-mail address to begin with.

Benjamin: Send me an e-mail to greg@ccsofamerica.com with your complete name and I'll find out what the problem is with your bankruptcy documents. They're probably completed and waiting for you to review them and print them out.
