I contacted this compny online about filing bankruptcy, i receive responses to make 195.00 payment for it. I sent the payment Western Union. I then receive a confirmation email sating my payment has beed receive and bankruptcy will be processed and documents will be mail out to me. I waited for the documents for a while and never and still have not receive them. I been trying to contacted this company for updates on my bankruptcy, i receive one email stating the person working my case was on sick leave and then i ask for another update on the documents and then they stated theywere moving their offices and will help after they get done with that. Now it has been 21/2 months that i been trying to contact them and still haven't receive any answers on the documents, a refund, or if my bankruptcy is in works.

I have all the emails they sent me they ever sent me. This company is a complete rip-off and need to be banned online and investigated to help other people not get rip-off by this company. This matter has cause great stress and depression for myself dealing with alot of creditors I notified of my bankruptcy filing, in which i got rip-off and is now deeper debt than before. I want to fight for a lawsuit to pay off all my debts in which company brought upon me. thanks

You are not alone!!! Greg Bohl is a BIG CON ARTIST. I am willing to put my money into a sure thing. An attorney that will file a class action lawsuit against Consumer Credit Service of America and Mr. Greg Bohland let's not forget his beautiful assistant Ms. Claudia (she's is the female that always has to inform you of Mr.Bohl being out sick).

Mr. Bohl currently has a judgement against him out of the US ATTORENEY'S OFFICE WESTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN. I am only hoping to add to his wonderful legal docier. I am in Florida and see reports from Pittsburg and from you Melvin. That gives us 3 states and I recall another lady possibly from Michigan.

Today, I testified of my experience with Mr.Bohl to a Federal Judge who will be issueing more legal documents to keep Mr.Bohl busy. But, I want justice I want to see him in handcuffs. I atleast want to see his face as he is made to face the numerous victims he has created. I will get my wish and ask you all to join me.

Mr.Bohl forgets that he is not a major corporation with the luxury of loophole laws to protect him. He is one man whose actions have caught up to him. I encourage you all to join me in making sure he pays.

I don't get it, Greg.

Why did you ask him for $195 in the first place if you weren't even past the "questionairre" stage?

I certainly understand the "lack of contact" issue and agree that this, if true, explains the delays in the case.

But you failed to respond to the reporter's version of the events. He claims that he was in sufficient contact, but that he was given a host of excuses for the delays.

I think your reponse is accurate, but incomplete. It reeks of dishonesty.

Is your company a law firm? Are lawyers handling this fellow's case? If so, it looks like he's presented a prima facie claim of malpractice. If his synopsis is accurate, then he should definitely file suit.

And if no lawyers are involved, then you're probably practicing law without a license and should face criminal penalties for doing so. If such is the case, then this debacle is just one more piece of evidence against the movement to allow paralegals to practice law. This gentleman's legal rights may have been seriously jeopardized by these allged delays.

Melvin did sign up for a bankruptcy with Consumer Credit Services of America. However, we have never been able to speak with him by phone because he apparently has no phone number where we can reach him. (Apparently, he is not presently in the U.S.) He gave us 3 or 4 different e-mail addresses to communicate with him but none of them seemed to work. He wasn't quite sure what the correct e-mail address was.
When we finally were able to get a correct e-mail address to send a Bankruptcy Questionnaire to Melvin, he was not able to open it because he apparently is not proficient in opening e-mail attachments. We sent it several times to several different e-mail addresses.

Eventually, we received Melvin's completed Bankruptcy Questionnaire, but it is more or less illegible.

Melvin sent us a payment by Western Union at his own request because he had no checking account or other means to make payment. We did not ask for a Western Union payment.

Melvin, please go to www.ccsofamerica.com and complete our online Bankruptcy Questionnaire and we will have your bankruptcy documents ready to file in one day. We did not have the "online" version of the Bankruptcy Questionnaire previously. You will need a password to complete the Questionnaire online. Please contact me and I will provide you with the password.

Melvin,

First, I am confused as to why you placed this alleged rip off in the Atorney General's category. Did the Attorney General rip you off?

Second, you go to a lawyer to file a bankruptcy if you are not doing it yourself. The filing is immediate. You get a notice of filing from the court.

Your bankruptcy is not filed until you get this notice from the court. Therefore, you don't say anything to your creditors until then.

You NEVER pay anyone with Western Union! That is the first sign of a scam!
