Complaint Review: Consumer Credit Services

I filled out an online form for a credit card online shopping network. I was approved with a credit line of: $8900. There was also a initial fee of $149.00, a yearly fee of $99.00, and a $49.00 creit check report. A whopping total of $297.00. I never did purchase any of their merchandise because I could never find their website. But, I was billed twice for the yearly fee of $99.00. I estimate a total of $495.00 not including taxes.
