My valid claim for a covered auto repair was denied by Consumer Direct Warranty Services.  They stated that there was insufficient maintenance records provided.  I had the policy for two years and had made no claims during that period

I was very forthcoming in my explanation of maintenance record gaps, but they offered no advise or remedy.

Their only method of communication was via e-mail, and they would not provide a supervisor's name nor contact number, as I desired to speak personally with them.

It seems that they simply rule in their favor, even though the repair required on my vehicle was within coverage parameters.
