My grandparents recieved a notification letter stating they had already won %525,439.00 and all they had to do to collect it was send in $21.95 to the PO Box to recieve their check in this amount. It states that it must be returned and in their hands to them by November the 7th, that failure to do so will forfeit their award.

My grandparents are not internet savvy, there is no phone number anywhere on this official looking document, the signature is completely illegible and no clear version is anywhere, it just sits on a line above the title Financial Documents Officer... and last but not least the envelope they wanted the check sent back in wasn't postage paid, it indicated where they were supposed to put the stamp.

I was the last shot they were taking before sending the money as the other one in the family that is internet able couldn't find hide nor hair of it... needless to say after finding this site I am telling them no go.
I read the other stories of people they sent this to, did they have psychics, they seem to know just who to pick on... my cynical nature and my background in law and security made me doubt it but my grandparents who are on a pension, and who can not afford this stuff (especially with christmas coming) were over the moon and so excited... and I get to break the news. Isn't there a way to monitor the po box to find out who's doing this and put a stop to it?
