Complaint Review: Consumer Direct

Consumer Direct Free Credit Report Took money out of my account after getting card number,Gave me no report. Called them they gave me a run around and then hung up on me. This has happened several times. Costa Mesa California

I have several times tried to get my so called free credit report, with no success

After they get my credit card number, I am knocked off of the page and sent back to the start.

When I call them and explain what happen, they deny taking the money. I tell them that it was taken out of my checking account they hang up on me.

This has happened several times to me.A few dollars later nothing. They take out one dollar every month.

Consumer Direct returned the money that they had taken out.
