I received the booklet, wallet card, 800 number, email, everything.Months later I needed an inexpensive repair to my car but was told it was no extended warranty company REDDING CALIFORNIA

Around the Spring of 2008 I purchased an extended warranty for my car for $1200.00; upfront, no payment plan.  I received the booklet, wallet card, 800 number, email address; everything.  Months later I needed an inexpenseive repair for my car but was told it was not covered.  At that time they were taking phone calls.  Later I found out they were only accepting claims via email and fax.  Sometime later the web site was taken down, phone rings forever and email bounces back as "Undeliverable."  I am a pretty bright person but on this I feel like I have been royally suckered.
