They call you and pressure you into giving them your personal information and guarantee you a savings of at least $5,000. What they don't tell you until after you sign up is that they can call major credit cards such as Visa/Mastercard. They can't even call department stores which they knew was the majority of my cards. The credit cards I had were already at the lowest interest rates.
Their suggestion to me was to open another credit card and transfer my balances to the new card to take advantage of a promotional interest rates. There were not able to do anything for me and want to keep my $700 which I am now going to have to fight to get back. I originally signed up because they caught me at a time that I was distracted and I thought they would be able to help me with my department store cards.
STAY AWAY! They are a rip-off!

how can you allow yourself to be "robbed" over the telephone? You gave personal financial information to a total stranger from an in-bound call...some of the responsibility is yours.
