I've been duped by this company too. I should have been smarter than that. They didn't even come close to their promised performance, but they did over extend my credit limit twice, then tried to tell me that doing that didn't affect my credit score....but my interest rate promptly jumped to 27%.

I've been battling with them for months about my promised refund, finally got the first $599, but still waiting on the rest. I have been dealing with Shannon Dunlap, and it's gotten to the point where I haven't been exactly pleasant anymore, but she could really use some training in customer service.

Just today I called and hit a wall again....or the dreaded "she'll call you right back" and never does. So....today I am making this report, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and forwarded that complaint to Florida's Attorney General and encourage all to do the same. I'm not sure what can be done, but if nothing else, it'd be nice if they could be made as miserable as they've made us!!
