Consumer Financial Educators AKA DRS & DRSM ripoff, Not standing behind their guarantee!! they are DRSM & DRS they just changed their name. Asheville North Carolina
We purchased credit card relief services from DRSM (affiliated with Debt Relief Services aka DRS & Consumer Financial Educators) in September of 2004 for $2995. They advertise that their services will relieve the debt and repair your credit and they advertise a money back guarantee.
We have done everything that they have instructed us to do including arbitration at a cost of $150 per account (times 3 accounts).
After talking with DRS paralegal Maggie HIll, we were informed by her that during the arbitration process that the Blue ridge arbitration company went out of business and that the guarantee did not have to be honored.
We have continually called and emailed DRSM and DRS to voice our concerns and objections and have received little to no response. When we did receive a response it was to tell us we were on our own and they directed us to a debt settlement website!!!
We feel that DRSM's presentation of the services were exaggerated and over-promised and as a result we are in the same situation as before only we are out approximately $6,000 that we could have used to negotiate the debt.

please tell me how I can get inthe class action suit or who to call. Jenks ripped me off for $3995. He now is involved in a new mortgage scam.

Someone please contact me if they are filing a class action lawsuit against this organization and/or Jeff Jenks. I was on the same playing field as everyone else they promised to help and ended up screwing in the end.

The phone number and address in this report is False, Ashville is where Maggie lived who from what I can tell no longer works for CFE, they done away with her and Tracey when they started reorganizing the company.
I am speculating that they no longer work for CFE because I can no longer reach them, the listed phone numbers 828-258-8283 are now disconnected, HOWEVER Jeff Jenks number, 541-424-2254 is still available along with the website, which also shows a number for a LIVE CALL which could come in handy should someone want to raise issues against the company and keep others from wasting their money.
I am filing another report on here of my story woth CFE and if anyone would like to band together and get a classaction law suit against CFE, Jeff Jenks and Coccia Law Firm I would be more than happy to do what I can.
FYI Coccia Law Firm is the Law firm that CFE sends its "clients" to, I will be filing against them also.
