Consumer First Financial abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell Champlain New York
I was contacted in December, 2002, by Consumer First Financial, regarding a credit card of $5000 so that I could consolidate my existing credit cards. I spoke with them a couple of times before deciding to agree that this would help me out financially. I gave them the information and they debited my checking account on December 16, 2002, in the amount of $298.25.
Nearly 3 weeks went by and no credit card. When it did arrive, a box with a credit limit of $5,000 for purchasing their products w/credit card. I called them and they said that there was a form in the box that I needed to complete for the credit card thst I spoke with them about. I told them that is not what they explained to me over the phone.
I returned the package to them 3-4 days. I preceeded to contact them again on February 15, and they indicated that they never received the returned package-conveniently lost. February 21, I called them again and they refuse to give me back my credit unless I complete the form and unless credit is refused. This is a big rip-off and they need to be stopped! Please help. Thanks.
