I recently received an "Acceptance Certificate" from Consumer First. Upon reading it, I noticed there was no phone number or email address to contact them.
In the first paragraph they guaranteed approval for a credit card with a $5,000 limit. At the end of the letter they say there is a 12-month 0% APR.

In the second paragraph they went on to say if I would just sign the form and mail them a check for $45(one-time membership fee) my card would be sent to me and complete details of my membership would be included with my card.

The third paragraph said my card could be used immediately upon receiving it for all purchases from credit provider.

Toward the bottom of the letter in small letters it said "No application or credit check is necessary when cardholder signs this acceptance certificate. Please see terms and conditions in your membership package." (Which you do not receive until you get the card.
Please beware of this company or any other that offers such a great deal with no way to contact them.
