Consumer First rip-off said that I was approved for $5000 credit I sent $49 & got Columbia California

I recieved an offer from Consumer First saying that I was aproved for a $5000.00 credit card. I sent them $49.00 for the card and got nothing but ripped off. The card never came and they cashed my check.
